Information you will need:

1.  Your name, address and phone number.

2.  Name of the party with whom you are having the dispute.   Their address and phone number.

3.  You will be asked about the nature of the dispute. You may also be asked as to what steps (if any) have been made to resolve. This is to assist  in determining the appropriateness for mediation. 

4.  If the matter is appropriate for mediation, the other party will then be contacted, either by phone or by letter to request a mediation.

5  If the party agrees to mediation, one will be set up as quickly as possible. Normally within 7-10 days.
